Our Story
Thriving RegenFarms was founded to create a living, breathing proof of concept for the future of farming in India — where biodiversity flourishes, soils are rich with life, and rural communities thrive.
We started with one degraded tea estate and through regenerative practices have transformed it into a model farm that demonstrates what’s possible when we work with nature rather than against it.

HE HAS THE INSIGHTS, NETWORK, EXPERIENCE AND KNOW HOW REQUIRED TO BUILD AND SCALE THE BUSINESS. HE IS VERY INNOVATIVE & A TRUE HUSTLER. IDEATION-2-IMPLEMENTATION IS HIS STRONG SUIT.
NOTABLY, HE ACQUIRED A DEFUNCT/STRESSED TEA ESTATE IN 2021 AND HAS SUCCESSFULLY TURNED IT AROUND MAKING IT PROFITABLE IN FY 23-24. HE IS PASSIONATE ABOUT SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE & WATER CONSERVATION.
